11/21-11/27

This week, Serena and I made a lot of progress towards our catalog. We have gone through all the photos we have been given (still need Marc, one day from Kayla, and one day from Libby). The catalog has been started, and we finished selecting images for the catalog. Serena and I also finished a draft for the research grant request. Debbie, Serena, Teresa, and I had a meeting on Monday 11/21 discussing the incorperation of eDNA into our harbor porpoise research. This is very new, and we are working to build a community and find some funding for this additon.

For fun this week I had a few firsts. First thanksgiving I truly enjoyed, first time seeing the northern lights, and first time cross country skiing! I am exhausted, but it was an extremely productive and fun week!
